Mood boost: Take a power nap

New research from the University of California has found that a 30-minute mid-afternoon nap is more beneficial than sleeping for 30 minutes longer in the morning.

Power naps have a range of benefits – they increase the capacity to absorb new information, clear out the short term memory and are a simple solution to daily stress and anxiety.

So, time for a siesta?
