How to Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

  • Prepare the pan: Spray an 8×8 pan with non-stick spray and line with parchment paper or foil. Set aside. 
  • Combine the wet ingredients: In a medium saucepan heat 2 cups peanut butter and maple syrup over medium heat, stirring constantly until fully combined and smooth. 
  • Make the chocolate topping: In a small saucepan heat the chocolate and the rest of the peanut butter over low heat until fully melted and combined. Mix in the oats: Add the ground oats and stir until fully combined. The mixture will be thick.
